Graham is a professional services operations director with experience of programme management, integration and operations in complex global environments. With a strong commercial background gained from 37 years in IT and professional services organisations, Graham established GFT UK Limited, growing turnover to €50 million before taking on the role of group operations director for the GFT Group, where the company tripled in size to €375 million in revenue and from 1,300 to 4,000 employees. Prior to that Graham was consulting manager for MicroStrategy and founder of Advent Imaging Limited.
Simon is a Managing Director with 30 years experience of leading, transforming and growing organisations across the public and private sector. He has strong commercial experience and track record in complex stakeholder and crisis management at senior levels, press and media handling, and organisation turnaround.
He is accomplished in applying technology to achieve business results – creating digital operations, shaping, planning and leading operational transformation and performance improvement programmes and technology enabled business change at scale, and is experienced in leading on and offshore outsourced operations.
Simon spent 27 years with Accenture and led several of Accenture’s largest businesses and client relationships including UK Health and UK Insurance. More recently Managing Director of Primary Care Support England for Capita where he led the recovery and turnaround of this large, complex and high profile outsourced operation and transformation programme for NHS England. He continues to provide independent business advisory services, supporting executive teams with their strategy, growth and delivery of projects in the Health and Technology sectors.
Paul works with leadership teams to drive sustained growth and value creation providing a suite of services including strategy development and execution, operating model development, performance measurement management, and business systems adoption and implementation. Paul applies a wealth of experience to ensure that the right management and systems approaches are applied at the right time to underpin the growth lifecycle.
Paul was CFO and COO of Attenda Ltd, an IT Managed Services company, over 15 years from start up, multiple funding rounds, an MBO, successful M&A and exit to circa £45m turnover, 300 staff and a top 20 best companies to work for (in the UK) ranking. Previously Paul was UK COO of marchFIRST, a North American strategy, marketing and technology business and prior to that started, grew and sold a professional services business serving the space industry in the 90’s.
Richard is an expert in how technology can be used to transform professional services firms. After 20 years as a consultant leading portfolios of delivery teams in some of the most challenging sectors, Richard has built up considerable experience about what makes these firms tick and how to manage stakeholders, process, technology and data to instigate change that delivers real, measurable value.
In 2016 Richard led the largest Kimble implementation programme at the time, changing the working practices of 5,000 people across 11 countries.
Richard is also a director of MV37, a technology consultancy specialising in Artificial Intelligence, Distributed ledger and Cloud Technology.
Adam is Business Operations specialist with over 17 years’ experience in the consulting industry, more than a decade of which has been spent establishing, transforming and running business operations for market-leading tech consulting firms. He has a deep understanding of the operational challenges that consulting and technology businesses face on a day-to-day basis, and is accomplished in meeting these challenges through the delivery of business change initiatives that address the golden triangle of people, process and technology.
Adam cut his business operations teeth at Detica, now BAE Applied Intelligence, when he took over the business operations and commercial management of Detica’s largest client account followed by a stint establishing and scaling business operations for a fraud detection product business. From there Adam joined BJSS, where he set up the business operations function and established the operational infrastructure that enabled the business to scale from 300 to 1000 employees over five years. Adam now helps consulting and technology product firms to transform their business operations, freeing leadership teams to focus their effort and energy into growing, rather than operating, their business.
Peter is an experienced CIO and management consultant who has gained extensive experience working in large scale international blue-chip organisations. For the past 20 years Peter has led IT at executive level helping to develop and deliver business and IT strategies, he has led a number of large-scale IT transformation programmes in both the private and public sectors.
Beyond IT, Peter has been responsible for major transformational programmes on a global scale, as a business leader and management consultant. A key strength is his commercial view of IT’s role in the business and his track record of delivering tangible business benefits through the implementation of new business processes and supporting information systems. Peter has operated effectively across multiple business sectors including financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, government and business services.
As a senior executive in a multinational professional services company Peter sponsored and led the implementation of Kimble across the global organisation. In this role he established the business case for Kimble, architected a range of new business processes and ensured adoption of the solution. Post implementation Peter facilitated the delivery of a wide range of significant business benefits in all organisational entities.
Nick is an experienced consultant, with over 20 years in professional services across Financial Services, Utilities & Education, both on the Client side and as a consultant. He understands the competing priorities that stakeholders face managing Business as Usual & Change simultaneously and provides practical solutions for organisations of varying size and operating model complexity.
Nick has a broad skill set, with a background as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consultant, Service Manager, Delivery Manager & Account Manager. Nick has strong client facing skills, knowledge of the services business model & experience of running a major account / P&L, from both a delivery & sales perspective, via the Kimble platform.
