Its processes and data gathering were inconsistent across different locations and the professional services automation (PSA) it had introduced 18 months before wasn’t being used effectively.
We assessed the existing operating model against industry best practice, identifying areas and actions for improvement. This included defining a new target operating model and creating a business case to replace their existing PSA with one better suited to their needs and goals.
