Exploring the Why and How of implementing a PSA solution

Channel 3 Consulting is a fast-growing UK-based Strategic and IT Consultancy.
We met John Howard (CEO Channel 3 Consulting) just prior to their MBO, as he and the partnership team were embarking on their next phase of growth. They wanted to improve their business processes and operational maturity so they could scale efficiently.
They wanted to overhaul their technology and a PSA solution was at the heart of this. They needed a platform that was right for them – that enabled the way they sell and deliver business as a partnership-led consultancy; that was powerful and flexible enough to meet their current and future needs, but at the same time was cost effective to implement, and to live with over the long term.
We advised and helped Channel 3 identify their critical requirements, prepare for and manage the procurement process which selected, and subsequently implemented, the CMAP PSA solution. Garwood provided independent expert advice throughout, using our extensive experience of leading consultancy businesses and being serial buyers, deployers and users of PSA solutions.
