The Challenge
A Global HR services provider operating across 16 countries faced a daunting challenge: improving company-wide operations by moving away from complex legacy systems onto a unified professional services automation (PSA) platform. They needed better management information across different countries and service lines to enable them to operate more efficiently and scale the business. They also needed to remove the operational constraints that were being caused by running day-to-day operations largely on spreadsheets.


The Solution
The client decided to begin its transformation in the UK, selecting Kimble (now Kantata) as the professional services automation (PSA) platform with the goal of later expanding to other countries and service lines.
