The Challenge

Channel 3, a prominent consultancy in the health sector, set an ambitious goal: to double the size of their business within two years. However, this aspiration was accompanied by the recent completion of a Management Buy Out, signalling a need for a comprehensive review and overhaul of their technology infrastructure and operational model. The Solution

Recognizing the critical need for expert guidance, Channel 3 engaged Garwood Solutions to provide independent advice on selecting and deploying a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution. Garwood’s mandate was to assist in crafting a transformed operating model that could accommodate Channel 3’s growth trajectory. The scope of the project extended from initial Business Preparation, involving the analysis of existing processes and the formulation of future-state business processes and User Stories for the PSA, to the subsequent stages of Procurement and Deployment of a CMAP solution.
